Activity 1 : Management
Lead by Università delle LiberEtà, this activity ensure a smooth cooperation among partners in order to implement the project's activities according to the working plan elaborated at the proposal stage.
Activity 2 : Analysis and Report for Learning Circles
Lead by the Irish partner, this activity will implement:
- Analysis of the training needs through questionnaires (15 per partner)
- Selection of good practices of training methodologies
- Report providing basic information for the realisation of learning circles
Each organization will involve at least 2 trainers in the activity.
Activity 3 : Preparation of guidelines on the learning circles methodologies
Under the lead of the French partner, CIRC4INC consortium will develop training guidelines to implement learning circles in the three countries involved in the project.
Activity 4 : Local implementation of learning circles
After a training activity to be held in Paris during which partners' educators will learn about techniques to implement learning circles at the local level, each organization will offer learning circles in their region.
A handbook containing the best methodologies will be available.

Activity 5 : Dissemination
The French partner oversees the promotion of the project and its activities. Several tools are implemented to make sure that relevant stakeholders are aware of the project's initiatives.
Multiplier events will be organized at the end of the project to ensure a wide dissemination of its results.
